The popular ORFs have been on hiatus for a while, but they are back and ever more important!  If you are an officer (current or an ELECT!), please take a couple seconds to fill out the FEBRUARY ORF!  Even though it says FEBRUARY, it is REFLECTION back on the month of JANUARY (and December) ... so please keep that in mind when filling out the form!  Again, don't worry too much about how to answer, as the form provides many instructions.  THIS month is also super special as we'll be making nominations for the Mr. Key Club Pageant, so be sure to fill out an ORF!

Please don't procrastinate, as the deadline is coming up soon ... Friday 8 February 2013 at 6PM ... only 10 days away!!

[JANUARY] DCM

Happy New Year Lions!

2013 has now begun, and the D41S Lions will be on 'the prowl for service' even more than ever before! Te celebrate the new year, LTG Hannah Tuong, and Mr. Jonathon Hong (Capo Valley Key Club President) will be hosting the [JANUARY] DCM at OLYMPIAD PARK, under the gazebo on Saturday, January 26th from 4:45pm promptly, until roughly 5:30pm (and field games after) (22760 Olympiad Rd, Mission Viejo, CA 92692). We apologize for the short notice of this DCM! We will be discussing past and upcoming service projects, plan for our annual Mr. Key Club pageant, and most importantly, discuss DCON. After the DCM, we're going to play "throwback" Field Games; kickball, capture the flag, etc! Everyone from our division is invited go! All new officers of the executive board are encouraged to go, so they can mingle with other officers from other clubs! This is a great event to expand your network and gain experience about the happenings in the division! Make sure that at least 3 members from each school attend! Hello Region 3 Key Clubbers and Kiwin's Jet Division, 

UC Irvine Circle K would like to invite you to UCI's Annual Key to College.

The event will be held February 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm. We will be having a wide range of workshop from Financial Aid to Campus Tours to Student life!

There is no cost to attend and lunch will be provided! We encourage student to be dropped of at flagpole at UCI, as parking on campus is $10.

January 8, 2013 The Eliminate Project's Worldwide Report Day is coming! Worldwide Report Day is back. Worldwide Report Day is a time for the entire district to come together and make great strides for The Eliminate Project. Our first Worldwide Report Day was a great success and this one will be too. The 67th Annual District Convention Online Registration is now opened! Please use the Online Registration Link above to direct you to the registration site. If you are having difficulties navigating the site or registering yourself, the Registration Tutorial Video Link is provided above. The video will take you step by step on how to navigate through the online registration process. Also, attached to this email is the Registration Planning Guide, this is a tool for your advisors to use in planning/organizing registered members. It is vital that you talk to your advisors about registering for District Convention as soon as possible. With only a few weeks left, we must make the most of it.

Conclave: Elect the New Lieutenant Governor!

[First Post of 2013!] Come join Division 41 North & South, in electing the Lieutenant Governor for the 2013-2014 term!

EVERYONE from Division 41 North and Division 41 South is invited! Come decide the fate of your division as we elect the next Lt. Governors for the 2013-2014 term.

*IMPORTANT* - EACH CLUB, must have at least TWO representatives who will be timely on arrival and are capable in using their best judgement in selecting the next 2013-2014 Lt. Governor for their Division.

If you are interested in becoming a delegate at the 2013 Conclave, please contact your Club President for more information!

Officers and Members in the audience will get the chance to, ask the candidates questions that will help delegates make their decision and will give them a greater understanding on who will be serving their division next year.
